Alligator:  Shrimp Tempura, eel, and avocado on top.
Caterpillar:  Eel, cucumber, with avocado on the outside.
Maine: Lobster, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, asparagus, and tobiko on the outside.
Rainbow:  Crab california, tuna, salmon, hamachi, and hirame on the outside.
New California: White tuna, avocado with tobiko on the outside.
Spicy Scallop:  Broiled scallops, spicy sauce.
Spider: Soft shell crab tempura, lettuce, carrot, and cucumber.
Portland: Spicy tuna, avocado, and deep fried maki with a spicy special sauce.
Crunch Munch:  Crabstick salad and cucumber rolled in crunchy flakes.
Winter Hill:  Tuna, cream cheese, avocado and deep fried maki with house special sauce.
Jetport: Deep fried salmon, avocado, crabmeat with tobiko and house special sauce.
Yam Yam: Spicy salmon, avocado, tempura flakes with bonito flakes on the outside.
Green River: Eel, cucumber and avocado rolled in green seaweed.
Volcano:  Scallop tempura, avocado, house sauce, tobiko.
