Appetizers

Agedashi Tofu:  Japanese style deep fried soybean curd with bonito and tempura sauce.
Beef Negimaki: Scallions wrapped in beef, with a bold teriyaki sauce.  
Kids Chicken: Marinated chicken.
Crispy Spring Rolls (4):  Deep fried ground chicken, cabbage, carrots, and bamboo shoots served w/ sweet sauce.
Edamame: Salted and steamed soybean pods.
Gyoza (6):  Pork dumplings served steamed or fried.
Tofu Gyoza (6): Tofu and vegetable dumplings served steamed or fried.
Golden Calamari: Thai style breaded squid and scallions with a sweet and spicy dip.
Kim Chee:  Spicy Korean pickled napa cabbage.
Miso Scallop (4): Broiled scallops with miso sauce.
Shumai (8): Japanese seafood dumpling served steamed or fried.
Soft Shell Crab:  Soft shell crab deep fried and served with ponzu sauce.
Sunomono: Assorted raw seafood with a bold vinegar dressing.
Tempura: Shrimp and vegetables deep fried in a light batter.
Pancake (Korean Style): Pan fried wheat batter with vegetables also available with seafood or kimchi.

Soups

Seafood:  A variety of fresh seafood in a seaweed broth.
Dumpling: Gyoza dumplings and vegetables in a seaweed broth.
Tofu: Tofu and vegetables in a seaweed broth.
Miso
Yukyejang: Shredded beef and vegetables in a spicy soup.

Salads

Seaweed:  Japanese style seasoned seaweed.
Ika Sansai:  Japanese style seasoned squid with vegetables.
Sesame Spinach: Fresh boiled spinach with teriyaki sauce and sprinkled wtih toasted sesame seeds.
Avacado: Ripe avacados over mixed greens with miso dressing.
House Salad:  Mixed greens and vegetables with house ginger dressing.
Wakame Salad: Wakame seaweed, cucumbers, and a bold vinegar dressing.

Japaneses Specialties (Served with miso soup, house salad, and rice)

Tonkatsu:  Breaded pork filet deep fried and served with Tonkatsu sauce.
Chicken Katsu:  Breaded chicken breast filet, deep fried and served with Tonkatsu sauce.
Unaju: Broiled eel with unagi sauce served over rice.

Teriyaki (Presented on a sizzling hotplate.  Served with miso soup and rice)

Noodles

Nabeyaki Udon:  Udon noodles, egg and vegetables in a soy broth with shrimp tempura.
Tempura Udon: Udon noodles, in a soy broth with shrimp and vegetable tempura.
Vegetable Udon: Udon noodles, in a vegetable broth with a variety of vegetables.
Pad Thai: Pan fried rice noodles with bean sprouts, crushed peanuts and your choice of chicken, shrimp or vegetarian.
Yaki Soba: Pan fried buckwheat noodles with your choice of chicken, shrimp,or vegetarian.
Yaki Udon: Pan fried udon noodles with your choice of chicken, shrimp,or vegetarian.

Korean Dinners (Authentic Korean Cuisine served with rice and kim chee.)

Bibim Bap:  Beef, vegetables and egg served over rice with spicy sauce on the side.
Kopdol Bibim Bap:  Beef, vegetalbes, egg swerved over rice in a traditional hot stone pot with spicy sauce on the side.
Bulgogi:  Sliced marinated beef with scallions.
Pork Bulgogi: Sliced pork in a special spicy sauce.
Kalbi: Marinated short ribs.
Champong:  Noodles, vegetables, and a variety of seafod in a spicy soup.
Soft Tofu Chi Ge:   Spicy tofu pudding stew with seafood or vegetarian.
Seng Sun Chi Ge:  Korean vegetables and fresh haddock cooked in a spicy bean broth.
Chop Chae: Clear noodles, beef, and vegetable sauteed in a seasoned sauce.
O Jing O Bokum: Very spicy pan sauteed squid and vegetables.
Kanpoonki: Deep fried chicken with our own spicy sauce.
Kim Chee Chi Ge: Korean vegetables, tofu, kim chee, and pork stew.
Kimchi Bokum: Pan fried pork, kimchi and tofu with spicy sauce.
Yook Ge Jang:  Shredded beef, clear noodles, and vegetables in a hot and spicy soup.
Tang Sooyuk:  Deep fried pork with sweet and sour sauce.
Tuk Bok Gi: Spicy rice cake with vegetables and beef.

Stir Fry (Seasoned with house sauce.  All served with miso soup and rice.)
